Dr. Wahlroos grew up in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, where she discovered and cultivated her passion for movement and creativity. She attended St. Croix Ballet Academy as well as the St. Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists. Here, she expanded her training in multiple dance genres including: ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, and African.

She went on to attend the University of Minnesota, where she graduated with her BFA in Dance. 

​

Her interest in the medical field, human anatomy, movement theory, and personal history of injuries, drove her toward choosing a career as a physical therapist. 

​

She graduated from the University of Washington with her Doctor of Physical Therapy

​

Her passion for her patients and profession has only grown since entering the field of physical therapy.
